Today was GREAT because: I was SO productive. It felt so good to get dishes done, laundry folded and put away, and a good part of the apartment cleaned (even the floor swept!). It felt great just to know that I accomplished it, and it's MUCH better to look at.

Today was UNGREAT because: the husband was mad at me, this morning. Which upsets me.

Today was great because I only worked for about 2.5 hours....and it was beautiful outside!

Today was great because: it's another day, and that's as great as it gets, today.

Today was UNGREAT because: I slept in until almost 1 PM, which means that not only is my WHOLE SCHEDULE off, but it also means that I felt lethargic and stupid all day, so I really only watched movies and read a book all day, instead of doing something useful.
And on top of that, I really realized that this whole log is woefully hopeless. I want to do creative things, but I don't want to put forth the effort, and I am just too unmotivated. :(

Today has been GREAT because: I took Shakes out of his cage to bond with him, even though it scares him and he tried to bite me. I think he enjoyed his time out, though. :)

Today has been UNGREAT because: I had to go to class (BUT IT IS MY LAST DAY OF CLASS AS TOMORROW IS THE FINAL, SO THAT IS GREAT), and discuss Rear Window, which was dull. Also, I have lots of things to mail but suspect it won't get done for a while. Yahoo.

Today was GREAT beacause: I celebrated the fact that Angela Lansbury is, as of last night, a FIVE TIME TONY AWARD WINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was UNGREAT because: no one understands the feat it is to be a FIVE TIME TONY AWARD WINNER!! Only TWO actresses in the history of the Tony Awards have done it, and Angela Lansbury is ONE of them!!!! BECAUSE SHE'S fREAKING AWESOME, OKAY?! Don't call me obsessed.

Today was AWESOME because: I work as a server, and I was rewarded, tonight. I got a $20 tip from one table of three people. THREE people. It was pretty amazing. But they saw me working hard, and I worked hard for them, and I was rewarded for working hard. It's always nice to know that people really do SEE you working hard, and that they appreciate it.

Today was UNGREAT because: I didn't get to talk to my dad for very long, which is something I've been getting to do more often because the job he has now requires him to drive everyday, sometimes an hour or more at a time, and during that drive he calls me. So I've been getting to catch up on a lot of the time I missed with him as a kid and I kind of like being a Daddy's Girl. And I didn't get to talk to him, today, so, that was a little sad. :(

Today was UNGREAT because: I also have to write a response paper on Emily Dickinson's poem and I'm bummed that the only things I've had to say about my life for the past two days is about Emily Dickinson and her poetry. This whole cram-one-class-into-four-weeks-of-summer thing is killing me.
